100% of proceeds will go directly toward minimizing adoption expenses for families—including home studies, legal fees, and court costs.
Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, this event is for all ages. Join us on October 10, 2026, at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park for a morning filled with connection and celebration.
Race Day Experience
Kick off the day with an energizing 5K through one of our community’s favorite parks. This race isn’t about speed—it’s about showing up and celebrating all things adoption!
Post-Race Celebration
The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Stick around for the after party featuring raffles, food trucks, bounce houses, and activities for the whole family. It’s a chance to connect and celebrate the impact we’re making together.
Meet our Families
Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and hear from some of our adoptive families. Their stories are a powerful reminder that adoption truly takes all of us.
By participating in the Heart + Sole Fun Run, you’re not just signing up for a race—you’re joining a community committed to changing lives.
Adoption takes all of us.
Let’s walk, run, and fundraise—with Heart + Sole!

About The Heart Project
The Heart Project is an extension of Foster + Heart, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit, serving as an adoption matching agency that walks alongside both birth parents and adoptive families with intentional support.
By collaborating with our community and local partners, we are working to remove the financial barriers and complexities of adoption—making it possible for more families to say yes to welcoming a child into their home.
The Heart Project is more than a matching agency—it’s a movement to create adoption stories rooted in dignity and love.
Why Partner with Us?
The Heart + Sole Fun Run, happening this October, is a community-centered 5K event designed to raise critical funds for adoption costs.
As a sponsor, your business isn’t just supporting a family-friendly community event—you’re directly partnering with local families awaiting adoption. Your partnership helps us ensure that finances never stand in the way of forever. Together, we can make adoption possible for more families.
Your sponsorship means more than visibility. It means belonging to a community that believes in love, family, and a future full of hope. We’d be honored to partner with you!
If you’d like to partner with the event in another way or have any questions, you can reach out to our Event Coordinator: Taylor@fosterandheart.org
